So what's up with kids today? I got home from work today and found my daughter discussing her butt with my wife. That's right her butt. "Mom how does my butt look in these pants?" "What about now?" She had just done some stretching and wiggling and it was time to check again. Then it was a trip to the bathroom to put some water on the new jeans. "Is the wrinkle mark gone", she asked?
This must be the height of vanity. So she finally got everything just right and said, "I can wear these anywhere and have the hottest butt around". All I could think is Duh.
My daughter is very pretty without her new $200.00 jeans so if some guy is checking out her jeans as a way to sort out who to date or if he even cares about the type and style of her jeans as a prerequisite for getting to know her doesn't that mean the guy is shallow and a major league loser? So today's question is: Why date losers? Why not look normal (less hot) to weed out the shallow Hal's in this world and find the guys that are looking for more in a girl than a non wrinkled butt?

Well Mr. Blogger 40+16, as a 40-14 I'm here to tell you the way a girl's rear looks in jeans IS important. :)
We all get to choose the way we look yes? So the way we CHOOSE says something about us yes?
For example, If someone chooses to dress in drag it tells us a little bit about that person yes? Or if someone wears Wranglers and boots? Or how about the person who dresses goth?
I don't care about designers so much - I just care that I present myself in the way I choose. I bought a pair of jeans yesterday for $12. Yeah TWELVE! So it's not the price - it's the image. And I don't think it's necessarily superficial or shallow to judge someone based on the choices they make - including how they present themselves. :) And yes - I would like a guy to want a girl who presents herself like I do.
I do have to comment on this post. Mr. Peterson, I do check girls butt's, It's just something I like LOL. However, $200+ on pants? That is funny LOL. All I have to say is if my female friend who wants $200 dollar pants should not complain to any guy's decision for a new PS3 or any electronic toys. But, yes, $200 dollar on pants is way expensive...but if it makes the butt look good, go for it!
